CEO/ Founder of Soul Vida™

Makita Gabriel is the creator of The Soul Vida™ Workout Method and Founder of Soul Vida Fit Pty Ltd, a wellness company passionate about making the world a healthy, fit and stress free place.

Makita is a Wellness Entrepreneur, Author and Mind Body Expert with over 28 years of experience in Body-Mind Wellbeing and teaching in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Makita holds certifications in Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Aerobic and Gym Instruction, Personal Training, Reiki I, Ki Force Healing Level I & II, Energy Medicine, Nursing and Counselling. She is the author of Soul Vida™ Body Breath and Soul, the ultimate guide to The Soul Vida™ Method, a wonderful inspiring and in-depth look at the ground breaking workout style meditations, that are transforming the world of fitness, health and wellbeing.

Her Workout, Meditate, Love Life philosophy celebrates, empowers and inspires movement, breath and mindfulness in Body Mind and Life.

Tess Jaquard

Tess is an inspiring and caring, bring a great energy to her Yoga classes.

Tess started her yoga journey right here in Perth, completing her first 200hr training with The Yoga Vine in 2017 and jumped straight into teaching across a few local studios and private classes.

In 2018 Tess travelled to India to further her training in Goa, completing another 300hrs of Advanced training.

She is passionate about teaching Vinyasa, Yin and Meditation…and more recently Mums & Bubs after the new addition to her little family in July 2019.

Using simple yet effective techniques, Tess guides students to find space in mind, body & breath. Always keeping it achievable for all levels of practice.

Rachel initially loved the physical benefits her yoga practice brought to her healthy holistic life. Being surrounded by people in a very busy work environment it was made easier by the learning of the other aspects of yoga.

Starting to awaken the soul, practicing mindfulness and opening the mind and heart to endless possibilities came a calling to explore and dive deeper into the practice of yoga.

Trained in Bhakti yoga, Rachael’s classes provide a space to nurture, be present, and to be

compassionate to oneself. Rachael teaches students to become aware of the connections of mind, body, and breath. Leaving with an open heart and grounded feet.

Yoga alliance registered, 220hr graduate with Yoga Arts, and currently studying Mindful Birth at Yoga space.
